Mark came to our house and he was great to have him. It was 25 degrees outside and mark went up to the roof for a free estimate. Took some great pictures and gave us the game plan and the estimate. Moose roofing is affordable and I will always hire them and mark to do any roofing work that I may have in the future.

Moose Roofing was a Great experience. They were honest and responsive from the time I called until the service was done. Manuel was the repair installer and was great answering my questions and went over the repair with me in detail and explained to me why the repair was needed and what he had to do to repair it. He also stated what to look for in the future to catch repairs that might come in the future. He said he didn’t have a problem fixing or dealing with an issue if one might occur in the future. I thought his business professionalism was excellent and I will continue using this company in the future and tell others of my experience. Thank you Manuel and Moose Roofing.

Austin was very thorough in analyzing my existing roof situation and going over the different options available for my new roof purchase - which is now scheduled to be installed by Moose Roofing once the weather warms up.

Incured storm damage in the spring that resulted in an interior leak. I contacted Moose Roofing in early August to replace roof that insurance fully covers. I was asked to sign a contract and provide $15000 payment to start the replacement which was estimated to be within a couple weeks. Nobody came and I was not able to get ahold of anyone to get it started. Instead of beginning work I was asked to alter the agreed upon contract and pay for supplemental work to which I agreed as they new I was running out of time to compete due to weather. I signed a new contract and still no work began. For weeks, I called many times and was give the runaround. Instead of fulfilling contract they sent another employee to convince me to ask my insurer for non related extra work. I obliged in hopes that they would eventually start working. It took a couple weeks for the insurer to deny the extra work because as Moose understood, it's not claim related. I asked Moose Roofing to complete project as agreed to according to our contract and they said they refused unless I agreed to pay for non-claim related work. I said I had no time (now November) to find another contractor and they said I could walk away or they'd "love to finance me," for the work I didn't need. The delays and timing certainly was geared at leveraging an eager customer to buy the snake oil. Now im stuck with a roof leaking into my children's room for the winter. This wouldn't be an issue if they didn't hold my deposit hostage and keep me under contract.

Our goal is always to provide safe, code-compliant work and clear communication, and we regret that your experience didn’t reflect that. After thorough inspection and multiple discussions with both you and your insurance carrier, our team identified significant underlying structural issues that would need to be addressed in order for us to install a roof safely and according to manufacturer specifications. Unfortunately, neither the insurance carrier nor you authorized the additional repairs required to complete the project correctly. Because of this, we could not move forward in good conscience. As discussed with you, performing a full roof replacement over compromised structural components would violate building standards, create major safety risks, and expose both you and Moose Roofing to future liability. Rather than move ahead with work that could fail or leave you unprotected, we made the difficult decision to terminate the contract under the “subject to manager approval” clause and issue a refund. We want to emphasize that this decision was not based on upselling or pressuring you for unrelated work. It was strictly about ensuring that any roof installed by Moose Roofing meets safety requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and local code standards. We sincerely wish the situation had unfolded differently, and we hope another contractor is able to assist you in a way that fits your expectations and budget while still ensuring the structural needs of the home are properly addressed. I requested a roof inspection online and was contacted within 24 hours by Chris. He inspected the roof for damage and found a few places that there were missing shingles. This was my son's house and he did not have the extra funds at this time to pay for the repairs. I let Moose know this and they called me a couple days later and said they would just make the repairs at no charge! Manny and Anthony did the repairs the same day. I can't express how grateful we are for Moose's generosity, professionalism and outstanding customer service! They are definitely a company that goes above and beyond!

Called, got a call center. Although they called right back and sent someone out. They were able to help right away and were very responsive and reasonable. If I need other roof or gutter stuff done. They will be the first ones I call. The guy they sent was really great.

Sean Michael came to our home this morning to look at water damage on a ceiling. He took a picture from the roof to show us where the water was coming in. He gave us an easy to understand explanation of what was happening and some solutions for it. Sean is very personable and helpful - we would contact him again if we had any problems. Recommend their service.

4/30/2023 When things go wrong is when you can tell how good a company is by how it responds to problems. The job that Moose did for us went wrong, and they responded poorly.
We took hail damage in June 2022, and Moose came out in July 2022 and pitched the job, and we signed a contract on July 18, 2022. On the last day of August and the first day of September 2022, they replaced the roof. We had also contracted with them to replace the gutters. This is when things went downhill and pretty much stayed in the ditch. The gutter people first bought out 4-inch gutters instead of 6-inch gutters. Then, when they did replace the gutters, the installation was below par. My wife was constantly after Moose to get this fixed, but it was an uphill battle. The installers left cigarette butts, bottle caps, nails, metal bits, around the yard. By way of compensation, Zach, Moose Roofing, verbally said they would give us a $300 credit, which we never got. After six months of trying to get things right, we finally gave them a “Certificate of Completion” which was dated January 27, 2023.
Toward the end of the process, while we were waiting for insurance claims to be settled, I became wary of my dealings with Moose and had questions I wanted answered. The first time I asked questions, they were ignored, or the answers were non sequiturs. I do not care to repeat myself, but since I needed the answers, I was forced to ask again. I finally pried answers out of them, but I do not think I should have to work so hard to get the answers.

I found a low spot in my gutters and asked Pat four times to fix this problem. So far, he has not even had the courtesy to respond to what is obviously warranty work. He will just let the warranty expire and then say I waited too long.
He also said they would help with the insurance company to indemnify me for my overpayment of our out-of- pocket expenses, but that was just lip service also. Now, he will not answer my inquiry about how to get this money back. It is a lot of money, but not enough to chase him legally for it, and he knows it.
4/25/2025 I have added a picture showing how the downspouts looked when they were installed. They were crimped to get them to fit which created a blockage so that they dammed up and wouldn't allow water to pass through. We had to dismantle them to unplug the blockage.
