Position Description:

Manage a team of technicians by running product to the job site. Advising on any repairs and training how to do the repair correctly. Keeping detailed records of product used on the job site as well as hours at the job site. Turning in all receipts marked with the project name. Complete tasks including but not limited to physical labor on construction projects. Work may be inside or outside, depending on the task. Tasks may include cleaning and preparing construction sites, operating hand and power tools, going up and down ladders, walking around on a roof, and assisting in any other necessary areas. Experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of a construction site, e.g. sweeping, vacuuming, washing and wiping down surfaces, organizing construction tools and equipment
• Spread solutions such as paint, or other solutions to clean and/or provide protection as necessary
• Operate power tools
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders comfortably (minimum heights of 25 feet)
• Have reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay:

$25-$36 (Depending on experience, willing to train)Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift, 7am-3pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available if you want it
• Year round schedule, no layoffs for the winter
