Job Description:
Moose Roofing is hiring Customer Experience Advocates dedicated to providing homeowners with the best experience. Ideal candidates should have an adept understanding of the local market. Consultants will need to accurately maneuver the sales process in order to gain homeowners’ business and trust. A good candidate will establish positive customer relationships and ensure high levels of organization and communication. They will ensure quality control and direct subcontractors as needed. This position is intended to bring the company more opportunities and grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads
- Create sales strategies
- Source clients and obtain referrals
- Keep detailed record of sales including photo reports and written documentation
- Maintain customer database
- Call current and new customers
- Door knocking
- Present company products and services
- Negotiate with homeowners
- Prepare/present roofing contracts
- Create sales proposal
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts
- Attend sales training and events
- Monitor local market conditions and product advancement
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete quality checks on service, delivery and product
Qualifications:
- Amicable and friendly personality
- Competitive spirit and hungry to learn
- Strong communication and able to negotiate
- Be comfortable walking on a roof
- Not afraid of heights
Pay: 30-40k + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
