Moose Roofing really stood behind us, and fought the insurance company on our behalf. They really took care of us! From Robert, our contractor, to the roofing crew, the entire experience was easy. We felt like they truly cared about us as customers. I highly recommend Moose!

We were at WITS end this year, as Im sure many homeowners across the metro area were with storms and storm damage. Not to mention the issues we faced with our insurance company. Prior to the major wind storm on July 31st, we had two major hail events that did damage to our roof and our insurance company did absolutely everything they could to deny any responsibility at all for the shingles. Before we called Moose Roofing we had TWO other roofing companies come out to look at our roof, starting in May. Both companies missed 2 very key factors. The first was that our existing shingles were discontinued and our insurance company should have honored Nebraska's matching law and failed to at first, and the second issue was VENTILLATION. Within minutes of meeting Topher it was identified that along with the shingles, whoever owned the house before us had permanent siding installed, and in that process covered up every single intake vent on the roofing soffit with solid vinyl sheets. This was a major discovery that would have potentially caused major issues down the road. After weeks of hounding our insurance company we were able to finally have a full roof replacement. Topher did a really great job communicating with us every step of the way in a very friendly and professional manner. I've never in my life come across so much frustration in dealing with insurance companies before, nor with the previous roofers that came out to look and would have been perfectly content with throwing up a cheap roof, and in 10 years we would have to do it over again. We greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity this company presented to us, and we highly recommend Moose Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right. My wife an I are very happy with the results and the roof looks fantastic.

My roof was severely damaged by the storm a few months ago. A friend recommended Moose roofing and I went with it. Very happy with the whole experience.Topher, the project manager, was a wonderful people to work with. Very knowledgeable on the products and on the whole process of dealing with insurance. Always made sure that all my questions were answered.The production crew did great job installing the roof and cleaning up around the house after the work was done. Can't be happier with the end result! Highly recommend!

Super rude. Times are hard for many. I was at gas station filling up as I was on empty and my old vehicle burns oil. I didn't have money for oil.Moose roofing pulls up and asks if they can buy my gas. I was like yes!!! Amazing! I had already ran my card as ALL pumps are prepay theses days.After offering to help and making me feel special and happy he says oh you already paid and offered no help for oil or a prepaid gas card. A company that disrespects people like that especially military veterans really hurt. Better not to offer than to have your word mean nothing. After months a person from moose roofing reached out saying they would help only to do nothing again. Talk about hurt on top of hurt.

I chose Moose roofing after several rounds of storms to come and check my house. They came out pretty quick, checked the roof out and informed me of all the damage there was. There were a huge help with navigating with my insurance company. I believe they were honest and fair. Their work was quick and done with excellence. They did a great job on our house. First of all, it took them awhile to work on a plan for our ventilation, but they figured it out and worked on it. So glad we decided to call them. It took someone who considered how precious our house is to us to be able to come up with a plan so it didn't harm the integrity of the house. They took the time to do this.

After getting the runaround with Allstate and realizing a roof replacement was going to be out of pocket, I started contacting different companies after we had a rain storm in April that resulted in a leaking ceiling. Dalton was the project manager for my house, and came out and did a few small maintenance repairs on the old roof to prevent future leaks before he came to present the bid. He provided service without a contract signed yet. A few days later he was back with the bid, and throughly explained the process and made the financing process a breeze. Within two weeks we had a brand new roof and the crew was absolutely amazing. I had a hard time finding any leftover debris, and Dalton made sure to follow up on inspecting the property for roofing nails in the following days. The owner of the company even showed up on site to oversee the project. The entire process was a lot smoother then I thought it could be, and I would highly recommend Moose Roofing to anybody.
